Yin & Yoga Nidra to Honor the Dead

A deep embodied restoration to connect to the inner life and remember the ancestors
Picture

Yin & Yoga Nidra To Honor The Dead will be 2 hours of yin yoga to bring deep restoration into the body. Practice will combine pranayama (breathwork) asana (physical postures) that we hold for 3-5 minutes on the floor supported by props, Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep that allows us to rest more deeply than our typical modern life allows) and devotional chanting.
Our time together will be dedicated to the ancestors and you will be invited to light a candle and set out a photo of someone on the other side of this earth as we settle our bodies into deep relaxation.

Join us as we embark on a two hour journey into deep body presence and relaxation. Light a candle, wrap yourself with something warm in your personal space, and get cozy. Practice will combine pranayama (breathwork), yin yoga, yoga nidra, and chanting.

Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend this gathering, no experience is needed! Attune to the heart, body, and mind in this rich Yin & Yoga Nidra evening.
